All eBooks sold through this website are digital downloadable items. Once an order is placed and payment is completed, the purchase is treated as final.

No Refund on Downloadable eBooks

No refund, return, exchange, or cancellation is provided for downloadable eBooks, PDF files, manuscript files, transcript PDFs, translation PDFs, or any other digital item delivered through the customer account.

Download or Access Issues

If there is any discrepancy in the file, difficulty in downloading, missing access, corrupted download, or mismatch between the purchased title and delivered file, the customer should contact us at info@srsri.org.

After verification, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access, provide the correct downloadable file, or resolve the technical issue. Such support does not convert the purchase into a refundable order.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to check the title, category, description, file details, and order summary before completing payment. Purchased files are for the buyer's personal, institutional, academic, or permitted research use only and should not be publicly redistributed.
