By using this website and purchasing digital eBooks, the customer agrees to the following Terms of Service.

Digital eBook Purchase

The website sells downloadable manuscript eBooks and related digital files. After successful payment, purchased files are made available through the customer's account or secure download access.

No Refund or Return

Because these products are downloadable digital items, all purchases are final. No refund, return, exchange, or cancellation is provided after payment is completed.

Download Support

If a customer faces a download issue, file mismatch, corrupted file, missing access, or any other discrepancy, the customer should email info@srsri.org with the order number, registered email address, and issue details. We will verify the issue and assist with access or file correction where applicable.

Permitted Use

Purchased files are provided for personal study, institutional reference, academic research, and permitted scholarly use. Customers must not resell, upload publicly, share secure links, distribute copies, or use the files in any unlawful or unauthorized manner.

Account and Access Security

Customers are responsible for keeping their login details secure. Download links and reader access may be encrypted, time-bound, account-bound, or otherwise protected to prevent unauthorized sharing.

Content Accuracy

The Institute makes efforts to provide accurate catalogue information, file details, and digital access. Manuscript metadata may be updated over time as cataloguing, verification, transcription, or translation work progresses.
